How long does it take to place an order?
Lead time depends on three factors: the complexity of the painting, painting style and size. Average lead time is 7 days excluding delivery time. In some cases, at the request of the customer, you can reduce the period to 5 days.
Note: If you decide to change something in the picture, make adjustments - this may take additional time, which is not taken into account in the agreed deadline.
Will I be able to see the painting before receiving it?
Yes. When ready, we send by e-mail a digital photo of your painting, so that you can, if necessary, make your corrections and wishes, if any. You can also see the painting "live" in our salon. Let your manager know about it.
What format should the photos be
We work with all known image formats! Through the site you can upload JPEG, TIFF, PNG up to 50 megabytes in size. You must own the copyright or have permission to use the image. If you have a different image format (RAW, PDF), then you can use FTP uploader. If you want to take a photo from a paper photo (not digital), send it to us, we will scan, process and return the photo with your order!
May I give special instructions to the artist
